The busy holiday shopping season is here! I know things are very different this year so we want to make your shopping experience as easy and as stress free as possible. Our ENTIRE inventory is on our website and app including all sizes and all products. Here are a few tips for shopping on our website or on our mobile app. 1) If you are adding items to your cart and your cart is automatically removing items or items are disappearing, check the web browser that you are using. The Google Chrome web browser works the best and sometimes other browsers aren't updated enough to sync with our website. If you continue to have problems download our app and try placing your order there. 2) If you want to download our app all you have to do is go to the App Store and search for Valley Wine & Liquor. Our app will pop up as a free download. Download the app to your phone and you are all set to go! 3) In order to get a case discount on the app you need to purchase the following: 12 750ML bottles of wine OR 6 1.5L bottles of wine 12 750ML/1L bottles of liquor OR 6 1.75L bottles of liquor **You can mix and match brands, but not sizes for the website/app discount** You need a full case of wine or a full case of liquor in order to get the discount on the website/app. 4) Remember, you need to create an account with us in order to order. You need to use your username and password to log in every time you place an order. When creating your account your credit card information and billing information need to be entered correctly or the order will not process. 5) We offer delivery now! Our deliveries run through Door Dash. In order to place a delivery order you must do it through the website or app. We cannot take delivery orders over the phone. Our customers who have utilized the delivery service love it. Door Dash makes it easy and contactless should you choose that option! 6) We offer curbside pickup on all online orders. All you have to do is call when you get to the store and we will bring the order out to your car. It's as easy as that! Online orders are ready in 1 hour and deliveries are ready within 2 hours! If you don't put in your cell phone number or email then you will not receive updates about your order. Please put that information in so you know when your order is ready to be picked up or when your delivery is on its way! I hope these tips make your shopping experience a little easier with us.
