People always ask me, "What's the best seller on the market right now?" and the answer is simple, Tequila. According to Seven Fifty Daily, sales in agave based spirits (such as Tequila and Mezcal) have doubled from 2020 to 2023. What is the driving force behind that boom? Cocktails. Tequila based cocktails are extremely popular right now. Restaurants and bars are featuring a wide range of Tequila cocktails such as Ranch Water and Margarita's. Over the past year or so we have added approximately 10-15 new Tequila SKUs. I could get into the specifics on the differences between the different types of Tequila, how they are produced, where they are produced, etc. My goal here is not to provide a history lesson on Tequila. I simply want to show you some of my favorites and give you some cocktail recipes to go along with them.
